Aging Factor
From that moment we become an act on life's versatile stage
There is always that understanding that we will age
Because those words keep resonating as this id often told
That today this person is a certain number of years old
How often that time fly as there is that recall of time with your children
One moment there seem so helpless, the next you are running around with them
Some time afterwards lo and behold you are faced with an adolescent
Later you scratch the head as they now have gone off to lands in the distant
Then you look at yourself seeing your summer slipping into autumn
In the mirror there is that grey hair among that black certainly has sprung
Then as these tell tale picture of that aging factor begins to show
You soon appreciate that fact, that you did not see the time go
But some people do show some visible signs of apprehension about aging
Somehow forgetting that they saw it happened to the generation before them
It is amazing how we prepare for exams, dress up for an event, but one exception
There were no thoughts or plans going into that state of the aging situation
In this time for some there will be some bulging in that midsection
They may try to reduce it by taking corrective measures by a liposuction
Then too there may be some having a problem with controlling that weight
So there will be that thought of having a gastric bypass to correct that state
Then there is the ladies who may have those mammary so plenty
That they may think that they only recourse is to have that mammoplasty
Whilst on the contrast, some may think they do not have that quantity
So there is that opportunity to get an implant to suit that fancy
But no matter what is done we do not have the power to control
That fact which states that as long as we are around we must grow old
We can certainly do what we can to repair what is happening on the exterior
But our true age and those systems and mechanisms will be reflected in the interior
As we still repeat that saying for generations of age before beauty
As because of aging there is that display of who we are most certainly
But too as on ages comes along that moment when there is deterioration
Because too in time we will sail across life's skies and go down behind the horizon
How many times it is said that age, this is just a number
We can see this in those who tend to prepare for it much better
They are vibrant, vivacious and always keeping abreast of those changes around
Not sitting around like some of their peers feeling sorry that this time has come.
