The Manger and Worker
Who could remember there was an era when a manager
Got that notion that he was to stand aloof from the other worker
So will spend most of the time in the office's snug bosom
And will be appear when he is sharing out some criticism
The worker also had little or no time or even a small voice
Had to acquiesce and do everything according to his advice
But when something happens and to take any form of responsibility
There will be some crafty foot work to get that blame planted on somebody
But alas those compelling market forces and hence very fierce competition
Has cause a different perspective and the culture to shift in another direction
Some business have even decided to change that course in the chain of command
As that shift put the customer first and the manager seem to come at the end
Now for survival, its existence and not to be considered in danger
Many business has seem the great potential in the worker's power
As the life of the corporation demands that there is as much participation
So that there is such diversity of opinion to enliven bring that diversification
The manager now has to demonstrate that there is that knowledge, skills and ability
Which he can apply to the system to effect some changes as well as that continuity
Now being surrounded by a worked equally qualifies and has that alacrity
That can put him under some pressure or even fill his shoes quite easily
So therefore the best method is to see each other as a member of a team
And see things this way there can be that support for any ideas that flow in the stream
In those there will be trust, good relationships which will keep them ahead in the game
In this forum they can assist each other in a process of training and also to retrain
Now in all this there should also add another ingredient in the recipe
Getting those workers to function in an area which is healthy and has that air of safety
Together they can ensure that this is a feature that is practiced and a policy
All these thing ensure that the bond is amicable and that feeling do comradely
So those days are now gone when a manager things he is separate
Because he is responsible and will be the first to get decapitate
Therefore it is best to acquaint his team motivate it and prepare them for action
Because he will be the one who will suffer the consequences in any reaction
