orchestrating a heavenly symphony©
There'll be no cake on my birthday
no steaks on the grill w/his special touch+way,
he was the grill master way back then
i haven't had anything grilled since summer of 2010.
There's so much i don't have anymore
like kisses and hugs and smiles comin thru the door,
even if i was asked to go to a BarBQ
i couldn't bear it Dear the chef wouldn't be you.
Over a year has gone by and alone i sit
in hell in a handbasket and nothing to show for it,
well i do have 1 thing to show
the burden of me follows people wherever i go.
Oh i would give anything
to hear that beautiful voice of love sing,
happy birthday to me
i'll be 55 feeling like 95 without his sweet symphony!

My last ice cream cake melts in my heart
Now come back to share it w/me and let your serenade start
