Scripted on Hands and Feet ( repost)
Behold upon His hands and feet
Against His side if sought you'd seek
Your name and mine all those He loves
All this and more for us thought of
His pain your gain absorbed through Him
Profusely bleed taking our sins
Wiping your past, written your future
By CHRIST JESUS, mans soul suture
No one came but He would come
To claim victory for not just one
To give new breath with life His own
For GOD, Father for man atone
Today this thought came to my mind
How innocence to me would bind
Himself to wear these scars all mine
To bare my name for all of time
Pierced hands and feet and side speared through
What price to pay, still love me too
Pain not suffered by man deserved
Stains our own by Him The Word
Ponder we must eternally
This act of love spiritually
Should be reasons to just suffice
His life for ours, your debt, paid price
Disregard, ignore some may
But time will come upon one day
To see before your very eyes
Your name in scars, in Truth abide
