Taking Medication
We do appreciate that the world's population
Can be considered biased in a certain age direction
But could it be the reason that lots of medication
Both prescribed and over the counter is getting regular dispensation
Or can It be that there is that drive to keep that surroundings so sanitized
And so chemicals so aromatic are used to keep an area so sterilized
This too can on some people get them so allergic and sensitized
That some medication is needed to put the light in their eyes
As our children also get so attached to being in such artificial atmosphere
They are not even exposed to much sunlight and much natural air
Vey rarely exposed to any type of situation to boost the immune system
So the only recourse it to prop them up with some prescribed medicine
That unchecked diet which have cultivated bad eating habits
Is reflected by being obese and on the lots of fat certainly collects
So there will be children with diabetes and of course hypertension
We do not want someone so young taking those types of medication
But adults also have let themselves fall prey to a better life's quality
Seem now to be paying for it and this is visibly quite dearly
Incur habit and get into a mode that have resulted in they being lazy and sedentary
Gaining lots o weight and then want to take medication or anything to lose it instantly
But what can be seen advertising when one looks at the TV
There is medication being advertised for any conditions conceivably
But when one takes that time to listen to the number and severity of some side effects
It seem that the person is better off having the ailment from the onset
On an occasion I happen to be sitting waiting for someone at a pharmacy
It was surprising to see the age group who came with that frequency
Some came with so many vials for repeat and to me it seems quite clearly
That they were going to take all the medicine and leave the shelves empty
There is and will be a place and of course use for medication
But the use and abuse by people can and will cause a problem
Some may start a course and for some reason discontinue the treatment
Then if it is an infection may now help bring a resistant strain into the environment.
