Lord, as I look on Your finest work

in the field this flower is displayed

it's vast colors of the sun

in the light of Your day.

There is a touch of Love

it glistens in the warm array

painting across the fields

as it dances to Your sway.

Breathing life in it's short play

as I watch Your handy work shown

You kissed the seed and blessed it

as it was gently sown.

Bringing laughter and joy

to the praise this flower lives

showing how the smallest creation

the detail in which You give.
