If For The Moment
Truth be told if I confessed
This moment now is filled no less
Of things still kept upon my mind
Of need, of love, of her you'd find
The softer side, the warmer too
Just two of things again I drew
Conclusions that I'd draw again
Just slightly short of breath my friend
She was perfect or close to it
As pair of shoes a perfect fit
Clothed of her, I'd be a King
With Queen by side no less fitting
Food for thought, my very fill
Sustenance and magic pill
A sight for eyes, my perfect moment
A cure for ills of every torment
and just like that I'd sigh again
Exhaling love, bittersweet end
.....If for the moment
