Precious Lord I am yours continue to mold and make me
Into a vessel to use to bring you honor and glory
It's at the foot of the Cross I often need visit
To remind me of your shed blood and the power in it
 
Every action in your ministry to your arrest and unto Calvary
Was also symbolic to cover not only sins but trials for humanity
Through your finished work was redemption then comes resurrection
Giving life eternal to whosoever would believe on your name
 
The word "believe" has more meaning than some may think
Even the demons believe _it is written in James 2:19
While in my study bible the meaning for unbelief is disobedience
I thank-you for the Cross and the power of your blood to deliver us
 
I thank-you for the holy Spirit to lead us into all truth
I'm thankful for the promise of those "in Christ" are justified too
For in and of ourselves we are nothing without you
We're to be crucified with Christ to be resurrected too
 
My prayer is less of me and more of you
To fulfill the purpose in my life you've called me to do
I'm keeping my eyes upon you Jesus the author and finisher of my faith
And praying daily for wisdom and understanding of all that your word says
 
My focus is on you Christ and Your finished work at Calvary
In so doing I know it's this truth that sets man free
Not by might,nor by power but by my Spirit thus saith the LORD
I thank-you for the holy Spirit and Your Life giving Word
 
You are my strength to make it through each day
When all of life's situations come crashing down on me
I praise you that I have and will endure no matter what others do or say
For it is in you that I move and breathe and have my being each day

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you

Rom.6:3-5
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into
Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:
 that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory
of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death,
we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

1 Cor.1:18-19
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

Gal.2:16-21
16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law,
but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ,
that we might be justified by the faith of Christ,
and not by the works of the law:
for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ,
we ourselves also are found sinners,
is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed,
I make myself a transgressor.

19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I,
but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh
I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me,and gave himself for me.

21 I do not frustrate the grace of God:
for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Gal.3:1-3,11-14
 
1. O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you,

that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ

hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works

of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit,

are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God,

it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth
them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law,

being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one

that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles

through Jesus Christ; that we might receive

the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Eph.1:13-17
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the
word of truth, the gospel of your salvation:
in whom also after that ye believed,
ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the
redemption of the purchased possession,
unto the praise of his glory.

15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus,
and love unto all the saints,

16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention
of you in my prayers;

17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,
may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation
in the knowledge of him:

Zech.4:6
Then he answered and spake unto me, saying,
This is the word of the LORD
unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power,
but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
