GINGER - A JOB WELL DONE

Happy Mother's Day -  A Job Well Done

I was reading her work the other night
I came across a poem about her son on her site

He is a minister of God's word
I watched his sermon and my heart he did stir

I started thinking of the home life of this man
what is was like to grow up in his clan

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

He was just a lad
when death took away from his family their dad

Life is not always fair
But God's Word says He will not give us more than we can bare

God gave Ginger and her family another love to share
A man who was the answer to their prayer

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A family full of love and joy
was training for this mama's minister boy

They tilled the soil of their boys lives
She set an example of a Christian mother and wife

A daily serving of God's word they were fed
To the love of God their family was led

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

He is now their pastor
leading his congregation to the great love of THE MASTER

What an honor God gave Ginger and Dan
To raise their children to obey God's plan

Ginger is an excellent example of what a mother should be
I think this is something on which we can all agree
