Two years ago our God in Heaven above
Blessed me with a grown daughter to love
Sally was here to help me get through
The sad times in my life when I was so blue.
Her world as it was ended for Sally
When Faron passed away
Yet she feels his presence
Every night and every day <3.
Faron was (IS!) her true love
And her very best friend
She knows a love such as theirs
Never never will end.
And the goodness in her heart
Never comes to an end
Sally is at home alone on her birthday
Creating gifts for a friend.
I know that God, Faron, Hope and Faith
Will help her to get through
These sad times in her life
When she is so blue.
So on this day, her birthday
I look up to Heaven above
And thank God for giving me
An adopted daughter to love.
