An angel spoke to me,
Woke me up as one might;
Opened my eyes as to see,
In the mid of the night.
Yawning mouth open wide,
He asked what did I see;
A gold lamp stands inside,
Seven lamps that could be.
For each lamp seven spouts,
Alongside olive trees;
Felt so real with no doubts,
As I could feel the breeze.
One tree was on the right,
And one the other side;
All the lamps did have light,
The oil was applied.
Do you know what it meant?
The angel had to ask;
Not sure of the intent,
But looking like a task.
So many have ignored,
By power and the might;
On the Word of the Lord,
No longer a delight.
Lay a new foundation,
For the end will be near;
Ones without salvation,
Will have a lot to fear.
