A Stone's Throw Away

With Jesus in the midst...
will you want to throw
your stone at me
with friends gathered round
so they too can see...
me fall to the ground ?

Am I close enough for
a good shot-
will you wound
what you think
is the right spot ?
With Jesus in the midst
I am not alone -
remember this
when you throw the stone...
when I bleed and when you
break my bone.

There are treasures I have
that you cannot touch nor take
and my faith remains strong
impossible to break .
