HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

A DESCRIPTIVE WORD FOR LOVE

A mother never wears a mask…
Seldom does her heart disguise
Love in its truest, rarest form
Forever mirrored in her eyes

 Most memorial of moments
Are knitted at a mother’s knee…
Love that life cannot unravel…
 Devotion in the first degree.

The sun may carelessly grow cold…
Ocean tides may fail to ebb…
But a mother’s love is always warm
And wider than the world wide web.

A mother always understands
What her children cannot say….
Without a single spoken word
She has an answer on the way.

God works through her to comfort
To protect and to provide.
In all your very greatest needs…
Who is the first one at your side?

He equips her with discernment
As far as her child’s concerned.
Lessons lavished with her love...
Could be the greatest ever learned.

All the gold and all the diamonds
Could never measure her true worth.
She’s the best friend you’ll encounter
In human form on God’s green earth.

You may search but you won't find
These attributes in any other
What's a descriptive word for love?
Very simply…it is mother

Happy Mother’s Day To All Mothers,

.) Proverbs 31:26-31 "She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: Many woman do noble things, but you surpass them all." Charm is deceptive , and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. *
