Tuesday I started temp position
Different from agency description
Correcting fields of scanned checks
Some take longer others are quick
Bank account and check number
Often wrong one way or another
If routing number is not all there
Book of banks it usually appears
Bank account may not go through
If zeros at the front still fails too
Then replace by code of suspension
Mostly credit unions for some reason
For two days all of this I observed
By second day it got on my nerves
Yesterday I finally received log-in
I enjoyed actually doing it hands on
Mid-shift gaps of no work it was slow
Due to end of week then later I knew
Big bank will be added in two weeks
Explains why temps company did seek
Lord, You have prepared me this past year
By service opportunity at church it is clear
Scanned check errors as a money counter
With skills for temp job I would encounter
Thank You for this chance for experience
I need Your daily strength and guidance
Grant me endurance to meet expectations
Even add more hours if it is later an option
While agency said temp job will eventually end
You are able to allow it to be permanent instead
Even if company wanted temps only for transition
You will guide me by Your plan in this situation
