(Rhyming Couplets)
If something I hate for sure is doing certain house chores
Thats when I often feel like running mad and just out of the door.
Everywhere my eyes everyday can see there's always more and more
It's like all these chores are never really done and thats for me a bore
Once I finish them all oh I wish them all forever done and gone
But when I open my eyes they're there in front of me with every moon and sun
Chores we all know shall never for any of us ever end
Sooner than that my poor back will break and just bend
Sometimes when you have lots of chores to do you have no friends
It is like when you ask for help all kind of excuses they'll just send
Everyday it is like I have so many things to do and that have to attend
Many of these I am not happy at all to take care of to, I can't pretend
Some folks I hear about with their own chores never time want to spend
They hand you theirs all the time and on this they see no grave offense.
