WINE AND GATES

Knowing the Garden of Eden

reason of gaul, season of misery
walls of a nature unseen
have a collected mirth in history
the chemistry of liberty to foil, the ires of the been

smile and see a star
where the love of burdens is as light as fancy
the creature of signifigance as we war
the lips of unction to develop a solid tangency

the vague have roamed far away
seething at a point of joy, to deliver a bite of summation
these acrid measures of when, save the day
as if a clock unto perdition

tell the time indeed
for we have a salt of came, for thine
where the day is long, and the sound of wearisome heed...
is the room for more than enough sunshine

for the times are changing
with us, in love to know, a holy boat
that sat about the world, with a miracle stranging
that did give, the lord's hope
