Decision Making
You had once lived in the dark,
But now are filled with the light;
And wherever you embark,
As Christ keeps you in His sight.
Live as children of the light,
For light produces all good;
With blessings from God that might,
Show you the truth as it should.
Decide what pleases the Lord,
Have nothing to do useless things;
So then that can be ignored,
For the indulgence it brings.
Show things of their true value,
Expose them for what they are;
So others see true virtue,
Of the real worth insofar.
It is so shameful to talk,
About others as gossip;
The secret paths that they walk,
Is like poison in your lip.
For the light shows true color,
Exposes of what they hide;
Mysteries of a puzzler,
Of the secrets deep inside.
Light makes it easy to see,
If you are alive or dead;
Deciding how life should be,
Or a sleeper still in bed.
