Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
There are no dreams here
Everything I ever wanted for myself,
Shredded apart and thrown on the ground
So more important entities would have
Something sound to walk upon.
My dreams died,
Crashed and burned.
I dream no more.
It as made apparent early on that the
Things I want for myself matter not
When compared to the desires that
Reside in other peoples' hearts.
I will sit here, stationary, and do what's expected,
Instead of doing what I yearn for.
