I'M GONNA LIVE TILL I DIE!

So sad is this
A fading rose
I want to live
Heaven knows.

Watching the petals fall
I begin to cry
I want to live
Please God, don't let me die!

Life is bitter
Life is sweet
I will never surrender
To defeat!

I love, I lose
But all the while
My cup is half full
Watch me smile!

Lose those petals?
No, not me!
The rose in my soul
Blooms through eternity!

My Mama used to say
(according to how much you weigh)
You are either a dying duck
Or a blooming rose.

Here we are
Grandkids Emily, Jake and me
And, as you can see
No dying ducks are we !!!!!
