Sound Advice
You are a good servant of God,
Even though that you have been flawed;
You have been serving Jesus Christ,
And without becoming enticed.
Many of you merely have your doubt,
When you are pointing these things out;
So you must then nourish the Word,
Excite those who hear to what is heard.
Words of the Christian faith are sought,
Through excellent ways that are taught;
In which you have followed closely,
For being upright and godly.
Godly living promises life,
Enduring through the midst of strife;
In this world and into the next,
When things appearing so perplexed.
God deserves complete acceptance,
Never try to give resistance;
And for having your best defense,
Is building up your confidence.
He is your Savior to believe,
And salvation you do receive;
If your behavior faith and love,
Is truly from Heaven above.
Ensure that you keep yourself pure,
Not to be enticed by a lure;
As a model to believers,
On guard for any deceivers.
