I looked at the jar
of threads
What could possibly been
seen in a jar of threads?
The threads holding a ball
flying in space
That might in the end
all dreams erase
But then the same threads
in a surgeons hands
The miracle of modern medicine
That I can place one
of my most precious threads
Knowing God has a plan
can only accept in faith
For when the threads come together
A more perfect plan than I could imagine
and more threads fill the jar
