HINDSIGHT

 HINDSIGHT

I can tell you right now
That I hate Murphy`s Law
And as for hindsight
I hate that even more.

If only I knew then
Just what I know right now
Things would`ve been different
To you I make this vow.

For I was in the dark
It`s just plain to be seen,
Had I of seen the light
How much wiser I`d of been.

I`m sorry to my heart
For things that I have said,
What effect they have had
Just fills me full of dread.

Hindsight how I hate you,
The error of my ways
They will always haunt me
To the end of my days.

With hindsight you`re clever
But it`s always too late
`Cause with word or action
You have sealed your fate.
