And tore down the dividing veil - to lead us Home again .
CHRIST the LORD has Risen - the tomb - now dark and bare
Only holds a memory - of the grave clothes laying there ..
Now - broken Bread and scarlet Wine - remind us every day ..
Of the value GOD has placed on us - and the price that JESUS paid.
Yes - even when we all were lost - and the vilest of men
GOD saw us in the deepest pit - as a priceless - precious gem ..
But HIS own arm was strong enough - and with dynamic might..
HE broke the bars of the gates of iron - and made the darkness light .
Then - HE snatched the very Keys of hell - out of Satan's hand..
And led the captives forth - as a triumphant - glorious band ..
From now on - GOD's Salvation Gift - is for all who will receive
HIS mercy - and forgiveness - HIS Redemption - full and free .
So open up your heart to HIM - at this Wondrous Time ..
Taste and see - that the LORD is GOOD ..
