         God’s Perfect Gift
Can you imagine the thunderous sound of crashing
ocean waves made against the giant shoreline rocks,
and the endless silence far beyond, before man’s shadow
arrived one early dawn.

Sublime tranquility and a never ending silence exists for no ears to hear.
Millions of prehistoric years in time before the worries of men and mind.
No footsteps in the sand, nor pollution anywhere, pure cool water the rivers ran.
Air as clean as mountain snow, sunshine as pure as shining gold.

Then the world turned and eons passed, and the clean oceans, rivers and air are now
forever a thing of the past, for man has arrived and with him, his greed and earthly
neglect, resulting in irreversible deface, man is destroying God’s beautiful grace.
