wordrider's world

Your golden rule

Your golden rule,
is not to leave a buise.
So, it does't show,
and that no one will ever know.

You don't think,
anyone will blink.
Or say a word,
when  the silent screams are heard.

Yes, you think all is cool,
with your golden rule.
You think, no one will ever see,
what your golden rule does to me.

But don't you be so sure about that,
because people are smarter then that.
Someone will see my fear,
when you are near.'

yes, it is true,
that I  love you.
But each time you lie,
I know I might die.

It makes me wonder,
each time you roar like thunder.
I won't always be a fool,
someday I will break your golden rule.
