 once upon a time

Brick wall, many a one I built,
And many a one I knocked down
But when dealing with bureaucracy
The laws of absurdity come into play
Sledgehammers have little effect nor politeness.

Rerouted phone calls, all designed  to make you desist.
Follow the signs of we’re not listening
That's when you know when you are talking to a horse’s ass.
Getting nowhere. After all it’s a donkey in charge.
Horse is sitting on it’s haunches and what can you do
Keep on keeping on, phoning the horse's ass, getting nowhere.
If I built a wall in the wrong place then some horse's ass bureaucrat
Would quickly point it out to me. Not so when they are in the wrong.

Money's tight
We will waste more on ripping out the flowers you planted.
Even though it enhances the beauty of were you live.
No appreciation shown to the gardener.
Better phone and ask the donkey
Ah, hold on. I’ll see if the horse’s ass is here.
Sorry the horse is on holiday, will the donkey do?
Have to as the only contact with the landlords are donkeys.
