Accept Change
What a form of education can there be in change
It certainly provides some diversity and range
This can provide to those that side, something comparatively
And break that complacency that develops in a state of monotony
When brought to the table, such concern and of course resistance
Some would be so adamant can't be move no matter the insistence
But when in the workplace there will that process of the systems upgrade
Then and only then in some will that resistance show the signs of a fade
There are those who very often this song will daily sing
My head is too old for me to try to learn and understand a new thing
But when they see around them how this had brought such a transformation
They realize that it will be very wise of them to make an alteration in direction
How often we can hear many talking and sawing it was so fantastic
To change some of their personal possessions, so materialistic
But to make that move to make s shift in their paradigm
They seem to deliberate, backpedal and be indecisive all the time
Businesses will make changes that will bring benefits economically
This will also walk hand in hand with another activity called efficiency
The effect will be somehow permeate and become embedded in the organization's culture
Then there will be methods employed to ensure that to it the workers get tether
So be receptive to change it will be there on each horizon
Therefore ensure you accept and greet in like the morning sun
So open that mind and embrace each and every opportunity
Because that season of change is one that comes around very rapidly.
