To my wee cousin Megan who thinks of me as her Auntie Penni on her 28th birthday. Have a wonderful day baby love always xxxxxxxxxxx
On the fifteenth of July
In nineteen eighty-four
A blond and blue eyed princess
Landed on our shore.
Yes we`ll call her Megan
It`s such a pretty name
All were in agreement
So that`s who she became.
Such a quiet baby
Who slept all through the night
Loved to chase her granddad
And give him such a fright.
She loved her wee dog Toto
And her best friend Tom
Hope today these memories
Are back where they belong.
Grew a kind and caring lass
Her Mama`s oh so proud
A Merit MA Classics
But do not shout it loud.
Now today you`re twenty-eight
And time has flown so fast
Have a lovely birthday Meg
And make each moment last
Run barefoot once more my girl
And make your dreams come true
And princess please don`t you forget
That we all love you too.
