Memories of you flash before my
closed eyes
Of times shared together under
heaven's skies
Dreaming of a life full of
happiness and love
Not knowing that soon you'd be
flying above
Love was so very divine when you
became mine
Loving each other from the very
first time
Little did we know how cruel
life could be
'Cutting our love short by taking
you from me
Memories now fill the void
in my life so bold
Nights are when I love you in
our dreams of old
Walking in moonlight alone under
starry skies
I remember the deep love you held
in your eyes
Our love was destiny made in the
heavens above
Times shared together spoke of
this undying love
My arms are now empty but my heart
carries you
Soon my darling I will be with you
in skies of blue
