Wonder
There's a light on in the night,
there's letters in every sentence,
numbers in anything that makes sense,
I see shapes, sizes,
everything is in colors, even you.
Wonder.
It happens then it won't happen for you anymore.
Then there's that damn noise in the back of my brain,
it reminds me that life will bring its pain later today.
There's a darkness on in the day.
You're lucky you have long flowing hair-
to make you forget how it will slowly away.
