Our world took a tumble last week
When our Saviour came to take
Our grandson home with Him
We are trying to get ourselves back to living again
For a light went out in our world
Our days were dark as the nights
Josiah was a precious angel
a special child from birth
Beautiful with a happy smile always
He never knew what it was like to walk in the grass
To chase a butterfly or a frog
or a catch jar full of fireflies
There were so many things he could not do
and so very few that he could do
We now take comfort in the knowledge that he
is in the arms of Jesus
He now can talk and laugh - run and be carefree
He will never have pain again
He is completely well
He is sitting at The King's table
I thank God that I know where he is
That one day we will be there with him
This knowledge takes away some of the pain of losing him
The day he died I cried till there were no more tears
I looked out my kitchen window
In my mind's eye I saw him walking and dancing across the clouds
He was tall and straight - his dark eyes were dancing with joy
He was having a grand time
Some ONE was holding his hand - In my heart I knew it was Jesus
In loving Memory of our Grandson

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning

***My phone rang this morning before day light.
Thomas' older brother went to be with our Lord this morning.
He and Josiah both died on July 22.
I know he and my silver haired honey are walking the
streets of Glory laughing and trying to out talk the other one.
Our dear Josiah is there with them.
It was a wonderful way for them to start off this day.
It is us who are left behine
whose hearts are aching.
