Lord, bring us peace where
we had once felt secure
now broken hearted but strong
help us to once again endure.

Not allowing evil to take it's stance
reassuring us fear is not displayed
strengthen us giving us the courage
each and every day.

Remind us how precious the
frangrance of life can be
knowing within a moment's notice
it's beauty we can no longer see.

Not forgetting those who perished
let us grieve with those who lost
not forgetting the hero's that
paid the ultimate cost.
