Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Our success measures only our failures

We are demoniac jesters
Waiting to pluck out the eyeballs of fate.
Our anger and rage,
Our hostility and hate,
Combining together to tarnish the world.
Seething on the inside,
But calm on the outside.
We're waiting for the moment when
We are no longer laughed at,
But rather, praised and adored.
We want to be gods;
We want to be superheroes.
We succeed only in being the darkest
Cretins from our gravest nightmares.
