Singing Praises
It is good to sing psalms,
To God our Savior;
Like rhythm to the poems,
And us He finds favor.
It is pleasant to sing,
Praising beautifully;
Onto Christ our King,
Looks on us mercifully.
He gathers the outcasts,
He heals the broken heart;
Having love that outlasts,
And will never depart.
He dresses wounds to heal,
Not to leave any scars;
At night He will reveal,
Setting how many stars.
Our Lord is so great,
With such an awesome sight;
And will regenerate,
The purest of all light.
There is just no limit,
To His understanding;
And the Holy Spirit,
Assist you by sending.
God is pleased those who fear,
And those who wait with hope;
Knowing that He is near,
With mercy for to cope.
