Imagine theirs no countries, It isn't hard to do
No hell below us, above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill and die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace
This does not happen in Ireland
People still face abuse
Try telling a child of Belfast you can't go to school
Tell a mother of freedoms children why it's so wrong
Others here believe they're right and sing their song
Our land is confused with their personal fight
Hate in their mind, no love in sight
The people of Ireland must get it right
Support our country you won't be wrong
If that's too difficult, remember John
