I don't have a horse
I don't have a horse but I ride clouds that pass the moon
I can throw ropes up in the air and swing upon a star
I can collect planets in my hands
And dive and swim in galaxies, even though I don't know where they are
The smell of fresh mown grass is mine at any time
And I can feel the solar madness of yellow, reds and green
I can let lightning pierce my mind
And walk in footsteps yet unseen
I can hear the thoughts of wolves
And see the currents that make eagles soar
I even know when to turn the lights off
Before the unwanted knock on door
I can even walk through mountains
And have a peep at time passed inside
I can hear the the screams of silence
And see if a groom really loves his bride
I don't tell people these things
They would only say I'm mad
Then the Freudian know-all would come and see what he could take
Yet he will never have seen
That when the darkness calms, it leaves trails of beauty in it's wake
