Life Without Ireland

Life Without Ireland              August 9, 2012

If I had to live my life without Ireland, to walk my path without my land
How sad it would it be ,no country, just me, I love my Ireland
No Donegal or Dublin town, no hills of Derry or the ring Kerry
No Galway Bay or County Cork, no shamrock growing on the ground
Not to see my country dear as I walk the path of life
No chance to grow and meet an Irish girl, one day to call my wife
All the things in this lovely land, kiss an Irish girl today
Sing out a song for Ireland, enjoy your Irish day
If I had to live my life without Ireland, to walk my path without my land
How sad it would be, no country just me, I love my Ireland
