Rain

Like a big sap from
the sky
the rain pours,
forget not,
but the heat that was,
feverish breath
of a gusty wind,
and the earth's parchness
that melt away leaves
and petals that fall

Embrace her cold
arms,
brush away the barren that was,
kiss every rock
and pebbles hiding in the bushes,
bless the brand new sprouts in
hills and mountains,
and the picturesque blossoms serenading
a beauty reborn,
a grand memoire of
what is grace from heaven.
