Listen
There is nothing that can sour any type of relation
Is to be in one in which there is very little attention
Being paid to each other's idea or opinion
Which means, that there is no type of listening
Some will bring to the table that form or notion
That they must be the one in that superior position
So holding on to that shallow thing called and ego
Even if it drowned the relationship still will not let go
This too is something that parents should do with their children
Always find that time to pay some attention and to listen
So that interest in their deeds and what they have to say
This can in time take them both to a much brighter day
In most case one can see the importance of effective communication
By the efficient way in the running of business or corporation
If this was not effective one would see such great distress
As they who system will be operating in a collateral mess
One can see the type of atmosphere reflected by a conversation
There is such radiance on the faces of the involved persons
Such an open show of such joy, and of course happiness
Some of those great virtues of which humanity is blessed
It is quite noticeable how a person can seem so confident
Because someone pays attention to what they had to vent
Not interrupting not opposing but giving them the floor
So that they let their feelings really pour
So parents take not and some of those ideas do adjust
Take time to listen to you children, make this a must
Create that rapport so that they can come to you to share
So that the two of you can work together to effectively prepare
