Bag lady full of all the anger and pain,
You fail to realize there is sunlight after the rain.
You carry alot of baggage some men would say,
You don't know my story and who made me that way.
I have loved and been loved,also hurt in a short period of time.
Through it all I've remained positive and kept my head held high.
I never let my past define who I am and what I want my future to be;
I had to forgive so that I could be free,
Bag lady full of joy and peace I am the one that control my destiny,
Yeah I had some hard times and I made it through,
I am so amazed of what my God can do.
I carry my baggage to remind me of the journey I continue to take,
The bumps will be harder and of course I will make mistakes.
This bag lady her bag will eventually shed some of the wait.
I prayed for God to get rid of the hate,
In my transformation I will carry my bag every where I go.
If someone ask me I will be glad to let them know,
That my journey is to find peace so that others could come in and get to know my story.
Everyday I give God the glory,Death has passed me several times in my life.
God gave me the chance to make things right
