Rejoicing under Trials
Count everything as pleasure,
When falling in the midst of strife;
For it is part of your treasure,
As you experience through life.
You know that such is for testing,
Of your faith as your endurance;
Consider it as investing,
As your spiritual insurance.
Endure until the test is done,
Then you are mature and complete;
And God will say well done my son,
Satan has gone down in defeat.
If you ever might need wisdom,
What should you do that you should know;
Pray to God up in His Kingdom,
And He will ensure it will flow.
God is generous unto you,
If He does not find fault with them;
Then He will be helping you through,
If humbled He will not condemn.
When you have asked God for something,
Never keep in mind any doubt;
Because He will then never bring,
If uncertainty is about.
A doubting man is like a wave,
That is tossed around by the sea;
And prepared for an early grave,
With bondage to sin and not free.
