of Fair Haired Maiden
Through battles fought and Castle keeps
Beyond her land he heard her weep
Alone she sighs fearing her days
Of happiness have slipped away
Be not so fast falling to this
As absence has a distant kiss
A kiss sincere held true and dear
On lips that once too miss and fear
You're not alone my dear princess
For Knights have too endured much less
Upon their heart and Kingdom too
You still reign court his feelings drew
A heart carved upon the stones
Of Castle wall of two alone
But fairy tales come true in time
But not this day as wished of wine
Wine savored upon the lips
Of princess and of longed for kiss
The softness of marshmallow days
Still felt as if they were today
So hold, be still for every tale
There are endings and wind filled sails
That turn once Knight into Pirate
If just in thought whispers heart pressed
