Secret of the Spy
I fell into a dangerous trap
that nobody can understand,
I was not given the choice
nor was it the party I had planned.
Many have been watching me
and some talk behind my back.
I don't know if it's a stalker
or a personal terrorist attack.
Gossip about me circulates
and there are those who lie,
they try to bring me down
by using more than a chip to spy.
What gives them the right
to follow my say and do?
I never committed a crime
and false blame is nothing new.
Their actions may be humbling
and they don't give me a say.
They invaded my privacy
after I told them to go away.
Inside I feel hurt and alone
while every excuse is heard.
They even hired an investigator
to help spread the liars word.
Why must I face the unknown
and the mess I did not start?
All for human entertainment
that lets the hater break my heart.
For several years I've been hit
by the weight of a heavy stone.
And, yet I am quiet towards the evil
that won't leave me alone.
Stuck in a hole of depression
where I became mentally ill.
Their actions make me crazy
enough to have to take a pill.
I must protect my children
from the killer that is real.
When we go out to eat
they tamper with our meal.
This evil affects my family
and puts them through a lot.
And, nobody notices the stranger
that tries to make me what I'm not.
