still..how Dande just Lion around be great(prompt 28)®
It would be so Dande
if my faithful powerful Lion
could physically blow peace o'er me
instead of tears i'm cryin.
This now weak lamb would lay down willingly
and never be afraid
and in my kingdom i'd be free
not just dreaming in the bed i've made.
He would overpower fears every one
and on me roar with gentleness
there'd be such a reign of sun
i'd bask in the glow of his mighty smiling kiss.
I'd feel so Dande indeed
and Lion with such pride
it's all this kingdom would need
to go on and abide.
But peace will have to reign
from Heaven only in my dreams
it's just not the same
as physically having his smile that gleams!
