This Just a happy poem

Makes a happy person.

Old man tree lives in my back yard
he is getting old but never gets tired.
If he were a building he would be four stories tall
I call it a him but a she it might be
it's anyone call.
(*)
I thought he needed a mouth and nose and eyes
I knew he would like to look around
For all his life he looked at the sky's
With a store bought nose he can smell the grass
With store bought eyes
He could see it growing on the ground.
with a store bought mouth he can hear his own sound
(*)
The birds and the squirrels call him home
And because of them he never lives alone.
I like old man tree I would give him a name.
so I ask him every day to tell me
if he is a she or a he.
He just looks at me with his store bought eyes
he won't even open his store bought mouth
to live without a name it's just a shame
(*)
Oh there is one important thing
You might ask what that could be.
He can smell and he can see
but he won't talk because he can't hear
I forgot to get him store bought ear's.
What ever HE or She
I'll just call him Old Man tree
but It's anyone's call.
