A Dandy Lion I be full of glee
As flora falls around me
It's a bird it's a plane sneezing pain
OK, it's just a weeds spreading in the rain
This year it is dry for the tiny seed
And the Dandelions are too weak to fly
allergies bringing tears to my eye oh my!
The wood around me burning up in flame
No water for days ain't that a shame
Remember spring wailing about too much rain?
This ongoing drought the weatherman cannot explain
I know my friends in the south happy hurricane season ends
And the trees grow tall without all the bends
Dear Lord--water is melting away from Alaska ice
Somewhere in the dust I have lost my wife
She was in the garden afraid of spiders and snakes
And there was one sunning itself on a useless garden rake
Nothing is growing Winter and Summer past as one
It was either moisture laden skies or burning searing sun
I'm going inside to take a long Summer's nap
Wake me up when water is creeping all the way up my lap
I have had enough of all this---OK, this is a wrap!
