THE PURPOSES OF GOD

The purposes of GOD are to give us Life -
Abundantly and full.
To give us a hope and  future -
Under HIS all Loving Rule .
Not to enslave us with a rod of iron -
Or to see us squeal and squirm .
That 's the other master - the Deceiver 
Full of venom - and out to harm .
He only came to kill and to steal 
To take away our joy .
To blind us to our FATHER's Love .
His only aim is to destroy .
He hasn't got an ounce of love 
For any human being 
And if he had his way -
He'd try to make us just like him .
But - Praise the Mighty Name of GOD 
Who sent HIS Glorious SON -
To break the power of Satan's hold 
And free us from his chains .
So don't be fooled - dear reader 
It's not GOD who does us harm -
But the Serpent - that old devil -
Who deserves all  of the blame 
The Risen Mighty SAVIOUR has conquered 
Death and Sin -
And opened up the Gates of Heaven -
And bids us - to come in .
So - thank HIM for HIS Saving Grace -
And call on HIM - today - in prayer .
And receive HIS mercy and forgiveness-
And I know - that HE'll accept you 
 - Right now -
Exactly As You Are .
