I meditate on Lord Ganesha, the Son of Lord Shiva
Whose garment is the entire white sky and whose
Luster defeats the autumnal full Moon, whose arms
Are the four quarters, who is identical to lord Vishnu,
The Great Lord of all pervading Cosmic intelligence!

O Lord Ganapathi, Thou art the beloved Son
Of Divine Mother Parvati, and Thou art the Sun
To the lotus like face of the Divine Mother, Thou
Hast only one tusk in Thy pleasant face, yet Thou
Hast innumerable devotees who worship Thee always;
And, we worship Thee to get success in all our actions!

O Elephant faced Lord, who has a curved trunk
Which is the symbol of the eternal sound Aum,
Who has a big belly containing the whole Creation
Who is the embodiment of the Supreme energy
Who is resplendent like ten million Suns, and
Who is the lord of the hosts of all celestial lights,
Be pleased to eradicate all obstacles and all troubles,
And, be pleased to grant us all spiritual accomplishments!

O my Lord , the earth is Thy feet and Heaven is Thy head
Without Thy grace none can cross the ocean of the world
And none can enter the path of the milky way to the Heaven
O Son of God, and the Lord of the hosts of the divine beings
Thou art the Knower of the Word, and the Lord of divine wisdom
Shower Thy blessings when ever we remember Thee for any need!
