One Hundred Years of Kisses Then
Time to still this mind again
A place of peace where comprehends
Becomes the frame of pictures theirs
Sill life in him she'll always stirs
Her last would warm a cheek grown old
Wrinkled yet soft as time youth stole
His love of life, his will to live
A day without He won't forgive
She was to him the very good
The only one that understood
The ramblings of a man gone mad
As love would have it now gone sad
He runs fingers on black and white
Of photos now faded his plight
Becoming now recluse to all
As trees give up their leaves to fall
Fall the season he met his match
The perfect girl, his wow, the catch
Upon his chest, her name engraved
Forevermore there she he saves
He walks by windows on some days
Taking peeks behind what shades
A house now dark and cold, alone
He purges heart turned almost stone
He'll set table with silverware
Fine china gift of wedding theirs
As guests of old have moved as well
Solo he toasts one last farewell
One hundred years of kisses then
One more to date now wished of when
She stood by door to welcome home
This Knight of old and kisses sown
