Can you hear the church bells cry.?
Can you hear the church bells cry?
as Christianity fades and dies,
a marble Angel with broken wings
no uttered prayers hymns to sing.
No staring up at the windows old
coloured panes that stories told,
crowds to worship filled the pews
now dwindling down to just a few.
Belief once guarded us from fear
lasted more than two million year,
now slowly forgotten as years go by
